What we do & want

Mission

The Organic Materials & Interfaces group at the TU Delft focuses on research and education related to the design, synthesis and assembly of (bio)organic molecules to nano-sized architectures, thus exploiting the opportunities for inserting chemical functionality in these systems.

Focus

Focus is on the chemical and physical functionalization of interfaces in relation to the development and understanding of chemical and biosensors. In addition advanced molecular chromophores are synthesized and studied for their light harvesting properties in solar fuel systems.
