Research

The SEC research group houses a quite unique combination between education and communication research. Both domains are closely related and could enhance each other from a theoretical and practical point of view. Theories of motivation for example are of great use in both domains. Theoretical reflection on motivation from an educational point of view enhances communication and vice versa. Practically the comparison of best practices in education and communication using motivation will have the same enhancing effect. Also in the SECs masterprogramme this integration between science education and communication has been made.
