Outstanding Student Presentation for Brian Boer (PhD R³)
12 June 2007 by TNWToday | R³During the Joint Topical Meeting on Mathematics & Computations + Supercomputing in Nuclear Applications, Brian Boer, a PhD student (TU Delft, Faculty of AS, Department of Radiation, Radionuclides & Reactors), won an award for Outstanding Student Presentation.
The conference took place last April, at Monterey in California. Entitled "Mechanical Stresses in Fuel Particles and Graphite of High Temperature Reactors", his poster presentation was one of the five prize winners. The award consists of a certificate and a cash prize of $500.
