Prof. Leo Kouwenhoven joins Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts & Sciences
29 May 2006 by M&CLeo Kouwenhoven and Lina Sarro have become members of KNAW, the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Leo Kouwenhoven is Professor of Nanophysics at the Kavli Institute of Nanoscience Delft. Lina Sarro is Professor of Microsystems Technology at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science, specialising in Electronic Components, Technology and Materials.
The Academy has two hundred ordinary members. These are leading scientists and scholars, collectively engaged in every field of academic research. The members, who meet monthly to discuss academic subjects, participate in the Academy’s various boards and committees. KNAW’s press release can be viewed on its website.
