Ronald Hanson (NS/QT) appointed member of the Young Academy of KNAW

Members are researchers from various disciplines who have already proved themselves in their scientific fields, but who gained their PhDs within the last ten years.
Other fields
The Young Academy was set up in 2005 to bring young researchers into contact with colleagues from other specialist fields. The Young Academy is an independently-operating section of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW). It organises interdisciplinary scientific meetings, expresses its opinion on social and political themes and aims to encourage broad public enthusiasm for science.
