Statement by leading scientists in synthetic biology
02 July 2007 by TNWToday | DeltaSeventeen leading scientists predict a revolution in science. This statement was made following the first Kavli Futures Symposium in mid-June.
The seventeen scientists, including the nanophysicist Cees Dekker, believe that synthetic biology can provide solutions to global problems. However, they also warn against misuse of and accidents with synthetic biology.
