Tim Baart (QN/QT) wins the Shell Graduation Prize for Physics
07 November 2011 by M&C/QNThe Board of Directors of the Royal Holland Society of Sciences and Humanities has awarded the Shell Graduation Prize for Physics to Tim Baart (QN/QT). The prize, which consists of a certificate and a cash prize of €2,000, will be presented on 23 November.
Stimulation and award
The Shell Graduation Award for Physics is one of the Holland Society Prizes for Young Talent and is awarded to stimulate the best students (graduates and first-year students) to study technical subjects and the sciences. The prize is also an award for exceptional study results of Master’s students at a Dutch institution for scientific education.
