Presentation Teacher of the Year awards Appied Sciences
30 May 2008 by TNWToday | M&CThe first Teacher of the Year awards of the faculty of Applied Sciences have been presented to Jack Pronk (LIFE & LST), Ger Koper (TG & MST) en Rob Mudde (VvTP & AP)
The students judge Jack Pronk as an inspiring lecturer, that is always willing to expand on his instructions. Ger Koper is just as inspiring, due to his ability to use experiments and collegerama to clarify the course content. Rob Mudde is seen as a lecturer who has a real passion for explaining difficult physics concepts in a structured and clear way.
The award is an initiative of the Director of Education and the student societies Technological Community, Life and the VvTP (Association for Applied Physics). Students from each of the three bachelor programmes MST, LST and AP voted for teachers in their year. The three teachers with the most votes for each programme have been nominated for the award. Three winners from the list of candidates received the Teacher of the Year award from the Dean.
